Don Costa brings a strong blend of financial expertise, community involvement, and an active lifestyle to Desert Horizons. A CPA with extensive experience as a financial executive for multiple medical related companies and private companies, he has built a career grounded in accountability, strategic planning, and sound financial management. At Desert Horizons, he is deeply engaged in both the governance and social life of the community, participating in golf, pickleball, Wine Club, and many other events that make the neighborhood vibrant and welcoming.

With board and committee experience that includes finance, courts, and food & beverage, he has contributed to major initiatives such as the Renewal Project, clarity with the Merger Agreement between the Golf Club and DHOA, the community survey rollout, and efforts to strengthen operational oversight. Don is committed to fostering open dialogue, building trust, and helping unite the community together through thoughtful, steady leadership.
